Recent Projects
CLERKENWELL
Working closely with our existing tenant we have embarked on an ambitious multi-million pound redevelopment of this 4-storey office building.
Works started in Autumn-2022 and includes a complete interior re-design to offer new amenities and working space.
We are excited to show you the finished product in early-2023.
GOLDEN LANE
As part of our ongoing redevelopment plans, we are working closely with an experienced design agency to modernise this space to reflect the future needs of office working.

We will be modernising both the exterior and communal areas to bring a fresh new look to the building.
Works will commence in 2023.
